Central West End Midtown Development works on a variety of infrastructure projects designed to foster a safe, attractive, well-functioning neighborhood. Recent projects initiated by the Infrastructure Committee include streetscape planning, streetlights, sidewalk repair, street and alley paving, public art and parking and traffic issues.

Euclid Streetscape: Central West End Midtown Development has announced plans to hire Christner to complete construction drawings for the Euclid Streetscape Project. Plans call for new sidewalks, lighting, street furniture, landscaping and public art on Euclid Avenue between Forest Park Avenue and Lindell. To learn more, click here.
More Parking: A parking garage being built in the Park East Lofts on Euclid between Laclede and West Pine will include 179 parking spaces for the public. The new garage will be named after Joseph P. Roddy, former 17th Ward Alderman and father to current Alderman Joseph D. Roddy.
