Citywalk on Euclid, a 188-unit residential project, is planned for the northeast corner of Euclid and West Pine in the Central West End. The building will replace the Doctors Building, currently being torn down.
Citywalk on Euclid will start out as high-end apartments, with a possible conversion to condos, according to Bruce Mills, chairman of Mills Properties. The building will rise seven stories, topped with a clock tower at the corner, and taper off to six stories on West Pine. First-floor retail will wrap around the corner, with the garage hidden behind the building. Amenities will include a swimming pool, fitness center and lounge.
Mills Properties owns West End Terrace Apartments in the northern CWE as well as apartments throughout the St. Louis area. Mills is also the developer of Metropolis, an apartment-to-conversion project in DeBaliviere Place.
